I received a call from someone claiming to be with Virgin Media, but I have to admit, he didn't come across as genuine at all-more like a con artist, if you ask me. The moment I began to probe with some questions, he became incredibly flustered and abruptly ended the call. Quite suspicious, wouldn’t you say?

Just got another ring from someone claiming to be Virgin Media. When I asked who they were, they quickly got quite rude. I tried to get them to say my name to prove they knew something about me, but they said they couldn’t because of some ‘protection law’.
