Got a text from 07753 836429 saying it was a Barclays passcode about a John Lewis purchase. They told me to ring 01303 761876 if I didn’t recognise it. Seems like a scam to me.

Got this message from 07599748585 claiming it was Barclays. I'm not even a Barclays customer and I haven't bought anything from John Lewis, so I just blocked the number. The message said something like "BARCLAYS: Passcode 983-276 John Lewis & Partners 349GBP, If unsure call 01303761876." Definitely looks like a scam to me.
