Definately a scam. They hit me with a £2.50 fee for every text, and they claim I’ve been deleting the messages all along until my bill arrived. What a joke. Even worse, Vodafone, my network, said they couldn’t help at all. I reckon they do but just don’t bother because they get a cut too. These dodgy third-party companies are nothing but parasites and really oughta be banned.

The message said to text 78686 if I wanted to cancel, so I tried that, but then it said I’d be charged for sending the cancellation text!! I also rang their support line at 01303661018 and spoke to a guy who promised to remove my number from their list. I work in mobile sales and hear from loads of people every day complaining about these charges for random services they never agreed to. Honestly, these kinds of subscriptions should be illegal - they take money from innocent folks who didn’t ask for it and just get stressed out trying to sort it. I feel terrible for customers who get caught up in this kind of scam and it really annoys me to have to constantly help people upset about these unfair charges.
