Got a call the other day with a recorded voice claiming it was from BT, warning me my internet would be disconnected unless I pressed 1 or 2. Felt like a dodgy scam, so I reported it straight away to BT. Definitely suspicious if you ask me.

Got a call earlier with a recorded voice claiming it was from BT, saying my internet would be disconnected unless I pressed 1 or 2 to stop it. Totally a scam! I’ve already told BT about it so hopefully they take action.
