I received a rather unpleasant call from a firm named 'Back on Track' regarding my partner. The individual on the line was quite disrespectful, asserting that the matter didn’t concern me and that I ought not to answer his phone calls, despite the fact that they dialled my number! I found their manner most offensive and rather abrasive, to say the least. I'd appreciate the opportunity to discuss this matter with a manager or higher authority. It’s simply unacceptable!
