My phone went off with a number I didn't recognise, but it didn’t flag it as spam, so I picked up (I usually don’t talk on unknown calls). The person on the other end just kept saying "Hello" repeatedly with no clue who they were or why they were calling - I stayed silent the whole time and then hung up.
