Definitely a scam. I got an automated voice saying I’d just been charged £399 on Amazon, which I know I didn’t buy. It told me to press '1' if I hadn’t made the purchase. Then a call centre agent picked up, sounded like they were overseas, with loads of noise and chatter behind her. When I asked why she was calling me, she just hung up straight away.
