Counting down the days till my contract finishes, which is luckily in July. Tried to cancel early but no luck. Honestly, it’s been a rough ride. On the bright side, the team on the other end has been pretty helpful and patient, which is decent. But the actual service? Absolutely awful for what I’m paying - £16.99 with no fibre broadband coming my way! The dodgy calls from numbers that you can’t even call back are super fishy. How can they ring us but we can’t ring them? Feels like a scam to me, seriously dodgy business.

I used to be with Origin but cancelled ages ago, yet they’re still charging me every month! It’s so frustrating as I’m not even a customer anymore.

They call, let it ring twice, then just cut off. Does this over and over again.

Over the past few days, I got a couple of missed calls, each time ringing for about 3 or 4 rings before cutting out. When I checked the first voicemail, it wasn’t anything clear - just some voices talking in the back, seemed like a call centre or something. Bit odd, really.

I got two calls from this number, but when I picked up, they just ended the call straight away. It looks like it's from the Doncaster region. Then when I tried calling it back, it said the number isn't active anymore. Quite weird!
