4 yearsSomeone rang me about setting up asbestos checks for tomorrow. I phoned my housing association but they had no record of any appointment booked. Since I’m still waiting for this test to be done, it’s a bit baffling. Last week, a similar number popped up and I found out it was part of a scam through loads of posts on social and Google plus reports to fraud squads and the police. So when this call came through today, I got suspicious straight away and ended the call, telling the housing lot they better check if it was legit. They weren’t much help. After reading some old comments like one from 7 months ago, I’ve decided not to answer if it rings again.4 yearsSomebody called saying they were from Flagship, saying they had to carry out an asbestos check. They wanted to come over that very day, but I told them it wasn’t a good time. Then they asked if tomorrow would be better, and again I said no. They said they'd ring back sometime next week. I later got in touch with my housing association and found out it was likely a scam.
