I missed the call and it went straight to voicemail, where a polite lady left a message about some strange charges on my card. She mentioned one purchase from Amazon for £199 and another for nearly £900 from some overseas money transfer service. She said I could press ‘1’ to approve them or ‘2’ to talk with support. It sounded quite legit since I’d never had a call like that before. I’ve since blocked the number though.
