I’ve had calls from places like Doncaster, Bournemouth, and Abergavenny to name just a few. Honestly, he seems to have more phone lines at his disposal than I’ve had Sunday roasts! His spiel revolves around a supposed two-year contract for my boiler, which is utter nonsense, and he also claims it covers appliances and drains. Given that I’m in a leasehold property, I don’t require any such contracts for drains, as those are managed through our Maintenance team. This chap is incredibly pushy, quite rude, and absolutely relentless. Whatever you do, steer clear of sharing any bank details with him.
