2 yearsI got a voicemail from a number I don't recognise, it started with a weird clip about some dodgy £300 charge and an overseas money transfer, both apparently unusual activity they claim we didn't make. The message said to press 1 if you want to cancel it or 2 to speak to customer service. Typically, we just let unknown calls ring out and only listen if a message is left since real callers usually do that. This time a message was left but it's safe to say it’s probably another scam, so I just deleted it without bothering.3 yearsGot a call from some bloke claiming to be from the Refund Dept, sounded Indian or Pakistani or something. Total con, avoid picking up. I wasn’t having any of it and gave ’em a piece of my mind straight away.Telephone Refund DepartmentIndiaPakistan3 yearsGot a call saying I was owed £245 from my phone bill, supposedly from the refund department. When I asked who they were, they said BT. I told them we don’t use BT and said it sounded like a scam. Right after that, they just hung up on me.BTSubmit Your Own Report (01302 710189)
