2 yearsI got a call from this number on the 22nd of Feb, the bloke said he was Luke, some “local energy advisor” or something. Total nonsense, obviously. Loads of people keep calling pretending to be like that. I just told him he was a scammer and hung up straight away.Luke2 yearsJust picked up and it went straight to answerphone without any message recorded.2 yearsGot a call from a guy who claimed his records showed my loft insulation was old-fashioned. Funny thing is, I’d only had it done recently, so he was clearly guessing. When he probed for details, I kept tight-lipped. He then said if I qualified for a free loft check, he’d pass me on to a “senior” colleague. I asked him what made his colleague senior and that seemed to catch him off guard. Total rubbish attempt at a scam. Once I started questioning him back and took control, he quickly hung up. After 30 years in the police, I’ve learned never to give out info to these muppets.2 yearsGot a ring about loft insulation today.2 yearsI didn't pick up and they never left a message.
