4 yearsI had a rather cheeky interaction with a chap named 'John' who claimed that my boiler insurance - which, mind you, I don't even have - was about to run out. He assured me they could slash the fees upon renewal. He even handed me an extension number to ring. So, I decided to humour him and mentioned I'd duly noted his name - 'John the Con'. He apparently brushed that off, as if it were nothing. Next, I was connected to a rather courteous lady who thanked me for chatting with her colleague and continued the same old nonsense about my boiler insurance.
