I said it’s just polite to know who I’m chatting with. He then told me his name was Geoffrey, which was clearly a lie. I asked what he wanted, and he got really annoyed, shouted some awful swear words at me, and then hung up. Proper rude! Whether it’s Bradford or Doncaster, these scammers are just moving between call centres.
