Got a call from 0141 367 9957 around 11 in the morning. I picked up thinking it was related to a meeting I had, so I told them to ring back in an hour. Didn’t realise it was dodgy at the time. Keeps calling saying I can claim a free boiler upgrade or something. I keep telling them we don’t even have gas. They asked if I was sure cause apparently everywhere has gas nowadays. Then pressed me why we don’t have it. One person said they’d remove me from their list but still keeps ringing.

Someone rang me saying they were from Energy Support Hub, promising big savings on my energy bills if I got a new boiler through them. I told them I was at work and asked if they could send details by email. Their answer? "We don’t use email." When I asked where they were located, they said Doncaster, but the call came from a Harrogate number. Something didn’t add up, so I’ve blocked the number - no thanks!
