I tried ringing this number multiple times and even did a Google search. Turns out it belongs to a car service in Doncaster. However, when they finally picked up, it felt more like a call centre than a local garage. Quite odd, isn't it?

I've had the same number ring my private landline a staggering five times within a mere two hours. I ignored the initial quartet of attempts as the caller ID was unfamiliar, but I decided to finally answer during the last call, opting not to say a word. The ambient sounds indicated it was probably a call centre, so I just remained silent until they hung up. My answerphone is operational, so I reckon if they were legitimate, they'd have left a message after all those attempts. Such calls really frustrate me, though I do recognise that at least those making the calls are employed and earning a living. It's just that these incessant interruptions seem to be inescapable nowadays.
