It appears we received an automated message that we couldn't quite decode before these individuals hung up.

I’ve been receiving incessant calls from this number, always inquiring for the SKY account holder. When I respond with “that’s me”, they cut in with “is that Mr Fletcher?” To which I reply “no”, and then they promptly hang up. I've now blocked the number, yet not before enduring about 20 calls! One chap actually managed to speak to me and assured me he’d remove my number from their list, but clearly that’s had no impact whatsoever. Quite the nuisance, I must say!
