Got a voicemail claiming to be from Talktalk saying my internet would be cut off soon! They wanted me to press 1 to sort it out. Looks like the classic scam, probably linked to that recent Talktalk data leak. I've blocked the number and reported it already!

On the 5th of November 2019, at around 1:48 pm, I got a call from 01301 793 999, supposedly from Arrochar, Scotland. The person on the other end said her name was MARY and mentioned she had just flown in from Asia for a holiday. She claimed to work for BT Openreach, but something felt off - seemed like a scam to me. Also, earlier the same day, someone from the TECH team rang me from 01498 337 615, with an Asian accent. Honestly, I reckon both of these calls are connected, maybe the same crew. Just my two pence.
