They told me my Prime membership would be renewed soon at £79.99 a year and said I needed to press 1 to stop it. When I asked a few questions, the bloke swore at me, calling me an idiot. I asked for his name and he said "Andrew", giving me the number 01301380830407. Tried to block it using BT Call Protect on 1572 but it didn't work, saying there were "technical reasons".
