Not sure what issues others are having, but I received my package fine and I’m happy with their service. I reckon some folks might be getting tricked by dodgy sellers. At first, they sent me the wrong parcel, so I got in touch with them, and then the following day the correct one arrived.

Watch out, these folks are total scammers. I got caught out when they said they were from a car phone warehouse. They kept sending emails from 01300382001. I've already reported them to fraud through 02 and informed my bank. Seriously, don’t fall for their tricks!

I got a ref number from the number 01244422038, they said they were from Carphone Warehouse. But when I rang Carphone Warehouse directly, they told me there’s no extra team that deals with phone sales. Seems a bit fishy to me.

Got a call claiming to be from a warehouse, but there’s no promo team here, and none of the Carphone Warehouse stores ring up people to pitch offers. These fraudsters told me they could hook me up with any contract in the UK, which is rubbish because Carphone Warehouse only deals with two network providers. The numbers I got calls from were 01244422005, 01248248019, 01244422038, and 012449250026. Plus, I got an email from [email protected], which isn’t an official Carphone Warehouse address at all.
