Got a call saying it was about my Vodafone contract. Told them I don’t have one, then they just ended the call.

This bloke called up saying his name was Geeta-Angelee, telling me he was desperate for cash and hadn’t had a bite to eat in ages. Then out of nowhere, he offered to sell his mum! I told him that was a terrible plan and I couldn’t get involved. Next, he tried to offload his girlfriend to me, which I quickly declined. After that, he offered his dad, and I jokingly said I wasn’t interested as I wasn’t gay. He goes, well, his dad isn’t either. I had a proper laugh and ended the call. He kept ringing back about 15 times before finally giving up. I reckon he must’ve managed to sell his mum in the end or something!

I received a call with no one on the line, which leads me to believe it might be a dodgy scam.

Following a couple of missed calls, the individual eventually made contact. They proposed a service designed to block all those pesky and unwanted calls. I politely declined, as it didn’t pique my interest. Not really my cup of tea, to be honest.

Some bloke with an accent called saying he was from the NHS. I told him straight up he was a con and then just ended the call.

These folks must swap their phone numbers more often than some switch their socks. They're always ringing up asking for a Mr Nash, but no one by that name has ever lived at this address. We've told them to take us off their list several times, yet they keep calling. When we asked for the address linked to this supposed person, they gave one, but it wasn’t even near where we live. This has been dragging on for about three years now, and honestly, it’s starting to get on my nerves.

I got a call around 10.36am on 16 Jan 2023, but I didn’t reply to the voicemail about "monitoring." They left no info at all.

Got a call claiming to be from public health asking about flu and covid vaccines. Total scam, don’t trust it!

They said they were with public health, but you could tell from the noise in the background it was some call centre abroad. They were trying to push life insurance on me. I ended up wasting a good ten minutes messing about before he snapped and started swearing at me. Honestly, I don’t mind wasting their time by pretending to be interested.
