I got a call from a woman with an Asian accent claiming to be from BT Openreach. She wanted me to let her access my computer and follow her steps. When I told her I knew she was trying to scam me by locking my PC with ransomware, she started swearing at me, saying all Brits were "f***ing pigs" and told me to "go f*** ourselves" and that "we'd all f***ing die." That’s definitely not how you treat customers!
