Typical stuff, really. Had terrible signal but still a woman picked up when I said ‘hello’. After we got through, she started on her usual spiel. Definitely a real person on the other end.

I accidentally clicked on something from this shady company while buying something else. They ended up charging my credit card twice, which made my bank cancel the card straight away. They've just tried to take money again, so my bank is now looking into it and trying to get the money back from them. Revitol is totally dodgy, no proper office or anything, and their call centre is just automated nonsense that tells you to ring back later every time. Proper scam!

This number rang me up earlier, and the bloke said he was from Sky. I didn’t let him go any further than saying that before I hung up.
