I got a call on my mobile from this number but it stopped ringing before I could pick up. Tried calling it back from my home phone and it just wouldn't connect. Could be one of those scams, maybe? Sounds familiar to what others have said.

Saw a missed call from this number earlier, so i called back and got straight through to an answerphone telling me it was from Utility Warehouse. Bit strange really.
