Some person rang claiming to be from BT, saying my broadband was crawling and some stranger was sneaking onto my router. I told her to ring me the next day in the evening, but she said they don’t work those hours. I told her, surely with less people out and about now, they must have staff on shift after hours. She promised to sort it out... we’ll wait and see! If they get back to me, I’ll update here... but I’m not getting my hopes up!
