Got loads of calls from someone saying they were from British Gas, kept ringing back over and over, really annoying.

Got a call from someone saying they were with British Gas, asking for our meter reading and trying to get loads of info to pull a scam. They ended up just hanging up on us.

Got a call from someone saying they were with British Gas, but they couldn’t answer any questions about our account. All they kept wanting was the MPAN number. Sounds like a scam to me.

Somebody called saying they were from Eon and asked for my postcode and meter point number to "verify" my account. I told them I don’t give out info like that on the phone and told them to send the info through email or proper post instead. The lady had a really strong Indian accent, and I struggled to understand what she was saying.

Got a call from someone saying it was about my O2 SIM, but I don't even have a contract with O2. When I told the woman, who had quite an accent, that I thought this was a scam, she tried to convince me otherwise. I wasn’t having it though, so I just ended the call.
