Was a scam call where they said they were from the electricity company. Just ended the call straight away.

They claimed to be from British Gas, but the number definitely wasn’t one for British Gas.

Just a heads up, don’t bother picking up calls from this number - it’s been faked! They’re running some spoofing scam to see if your line is active. If you respond, they might use what you say for AI or something dodgy like that. Better to ignore it altogether.

They keep ringing me up, saying they provide our electricity, which they definitely don’t. Whenever I question them, they just drop the call.
