Sounds like one of those dodgy call centres, probably from the Philippines.

Got a call with some heavy breathing nonsense from some phone s3x line. Barely 10 seconds in, I started smashing the keypad, they asked for personal stuff so I hit them with some serious emotional baggage instead, like the kind Jeremy Kyle wouldn’t touch with a ten foot barge pole - and that’s serious. Definitely labelling this number as dangerous cos if the cops listen in, I’m done for. Don’t hand over any info, trust me.
