Got a call from this number at around 3:40pm on 19 June 2026, but I wasn’t home then. The prefix is for Worcestershire, whereas I’m based in Surrey, so I’m pretty sure this is some sort of scam or cold-calling operation using a fake number. Be careful with them, definitely dodgy!

I picked up but there was silence, so I just blocked the number.

26/06/16 - Normally I just let unknown numbers ring out but I picked up this time since I’ve been getting loads of dodgy calls recently. The bloke on the other end was hard to make out, mumbled with a strong foreign accent. He claimed to work for some landline company and asked if I had a landline. Told him we only use mobiles now and he hung up straightaway. Feels like just another scam call to me. Number's blocked now.
