I looked this number up online and it turns out it’s registered to a pub called THE ANGEL in Stourport-on-Severn. The scammer must’ve spoofed the call to make it look like it was coming from their number, 01299513172. I ended up ringing the pub to inform them about it.

I got a call from someone ID'ed as THE ANGEL, sounded like an Asian lady claiming she was calling from Three about some kind of special offer. Half the time I couldn't make out what she was saying, it was all mumbling. When I told her I’m with O2, she insisted O2 and Three are the same provider. I had no idea about that, so I asked her when that happened, and then she just dropped the call. Strange experience!
