During lunch today, my landline rang again. These annoying calls have been a real problem lately, seems like every time I block one number, a bunch more pop up. It's getting outta hand and honestly needs to be sorted.

At half past seven in the morning, I got a call from a woman with an Asian accent, saying she was from BT. She claimed there were serious errors detected with my IP address that had to be fixed right away. I told her she should find a proper, honest job rather than trying to rip people off. She insisted, "This isn’t a scam, I’m from BT." I just laughed and said, “Don’t be daft,” then she ended the call. I’ve since reported it to the ICO.

Had this bloke ring me, sounded Asian and really pushy, said he was from BT's virus squad and that he had to access my PC straight away, urgent stuff apparently. Quite annoying!
