I reckon these are dodgy characters, as I've been inundated with calls late at night, even on my landline, claiming to be from BT concerning my broadband. Seriously, don't let these individuals worm their way into your life; we ended up getting scammed rather badly! It honestly felt like my brain had been assaulted!
