I got a call from someone called Holly at Suncrest. She started saying she'd heard I'd had a car crash. I told her that wasn't true. Then she tried asking if I’d been in any other kind of accident like a slip or a fall. I said no again. After that, she wanted to know if anyone in my family had been in an accident. I pointed out that she didn’t seem to have much of a clue about my situation or who exactly she was talking about. After that odd convo, she just said goodbye and ended the call.
