Got a call from someone saying our Amazon Prime was up for renewal and they’d be taking £79.99. Thing is, we don’t even have Amazon Prime! When I contacted Amazon, they confirmed they hadn't called us at all. The bloke on the phone had an Asian accent and told me if I didn’t want to keep the membership, I should press 1 to speak to a manager. When I did, the guy said he couldn’t help and that I’d have to sort it online. Felt like a bit of a scam to me.
