Just like the earlier message said, this was definitely a scam call.

I got a call from this Buxton number, it was some automated voice saying I had to press a key to talk to the fraud team because my national insurance had been involved in fraud loads of times. They told me I had to speak with them urgently. I just hung up and decided to check what this number was about online.
