A bloke with a pretty clear voice rang me up, saying he was from the police crime unit. He told me my national insurance number was involved in some dodgy business, then told me to press 4 right away to chat with an officer. He said if I didn’t, I could end up getting nicked!

I received an automated call that seemed to be from the National Crime Agency, warning me about the impending suspension of my National Insurance number! I didn't stick around to hear any more, just hung up and blocked the number immediately!
