They're clearly trying to scare people and I can only imagine how much it would cost if you actually pressed that button. If there really was a problem, why wouldn’t they state my name, explain the issue properly, and tell me what my employer needs to do to sort it? I’m on PAYE, so my employer handles all the NI stuff.
