It’s truly disconcerting how they exploit people's fears; goodness knows what pressing that number could end up costing! If there were genuinely an issue, they ought to address me personally and outline the specifics. I’d like to understand what exactly my employer needs to do to fix this. As a PAYE worker, my NI contributions are taken care of by my employer, not me.
