Utterly fraudulent! The call hangs around until it picks up on your voice, then churns out a pre-recorded spiel regarding, as I recall, matters concerning the national crime agency. Best to just disconnect, in my opinion.

Caution is advised! I received a call from an automated voice purporting to be from the National Insurance. They insisted that I get in touch with them. Suffice it to say, I’ve since blocked their number!
