Got a call claiming to be from BT about an issue with my IP status switching from Private to Public. They asked if I’d seen any issues and told me to look up my IP on my computer. I reckon they were trying to get access to my system, so I didn’t follow their instructions. Asked if I could talk to a manager but they flat out refused. Then, when I requested my BT customer number, the call was just cut off.
