This number keeps ringing me up even though it’s not a local one like it’s supposed to be.

this number keeps ringing my phone, looks like its local but when i call back, all i get is a voicemail that says “your call is important to us, please hold for the next available agent.” theres no info about what company it is or who they could be! the voice sounded american too so its pretty suspicious.
