I got a call from an 01726 number, same lady rang me about the exact same issue.

Got a call from 01297792923, woman with an Indian accent saying her name was Gail and she was from BT. She started asking about my internet setup. But when I asked her for a BT account number and to verify my address, she just cut me off! Really dodgy behaviour.
