Got a call from this number around 10.11am today. Same old nonsense claiming to be from BT, saying my IP address had been hacked or something. They told me to press 1 to keep my internet working or it’d get cut off. There was a woman with a very smooth voice (obviously recorded) who said her name was Nicole - bit unusual compared to the usual calls I get. I just hung up, ignored it all, and my internet is perfectly fine.
