Somebody rang up asking suspicious questions, trying to get us to share personal details. But when I asked them to identify themselves, they just ended the call.

They've moved on to using this new number instead of the old 01927 one, which was fake too. This bloke, sounded like he was from India or somewhere nearby, pretended to be from Microsoft, saying my computer was hacked and he needed to get into it. After I told him to sod off and hung up, he actually rang back and warned me my screen would go blank in 45 minutes as some kind of punishment! Such nerve.

There was loads of background noise when a bloke called me saying his name was "John" and mentioned something about my computer’s licence number. I told him to forget it and ended the call. He rang back straight away, but when I picked up again, he just dropped the call. Strange!
