Got a call earlier from a local number with a recorded message saying it was from Amazon. The voice said a direct debit of £99 had been arranged on my account. Didn’t sound right, so I just ended the call. When I tried ringing the number back, it said it wasn’t working. I’ve looked through my Amazon and bank accounts and no such payment has gone through. Could be a scam, but I’m not entirely sure.
