Got a call from some lot saying our Amazon Prime was going to be cancelled 'cos of missed payments, and to press 1 to chat with an account manager. So I did, and they told me to go to some website like www.renewal-something. Honestly, it was obvious it was a scam so I told the ‘manager’ I wasn’t falling for it. Suddenly, he started shouting swear words and slammed the phone down on me. Fingers crossed they don’t bother us again!
