Somebody called claiming to be from Amazon, saying they’d opened an account using my info and were going to charge me £99 for Prime. The person said if I didn’t want it, I had to let them help cancel it. I told them if there was a bogus account, it was their problem to sort out. But they kept pushing, saying I needed their help to cancel it. End of the call, they warned that if I didn’t do it, they’d just take the money anyway.
