Someone rang me claiming to be from Microsoft Support, but when I asked for their contact details, they gave me an 0118 number! They wanted me to log into my laptop because they said my Microsoft Licence was compromised. Since I work in IT, I asked a bunch of technical questions and they quickly hung up. I kept trying to call back but the line was always engaged, and the 0118 number doesn’t seem to be real at all.
