Got a call today where the caller tried to charge me a crazy amount for renewing Amazon Prime. When I started asking questions to check if it was legit, the guy suddenly asked if I was a "Benjamin Stone" - probably just a made-up name they throw out to see if you’re gullible. Once I said no, he hung up straight away. From the start, it felt dodgy, so heads up folks, don’t fall for these con artists!

This number called me again today, I think it's like the fifth time this month! They said Amazon Prime was going to take money out of my bank unless I hit 't' and talked to them right away. Pretty clear it was a dodgy trick to get my banking info. I just ended the call straight away. Makes me worry about how many people, especially those not so lucky, might actually fall for this nonsense.
