Today our home phone got calls from this number four times, each one at different times. It was a recorded message saying they were with talktalk and threatening to cut off our internet and phone. Every call mentioned a different deadline for when the service would be stopped.

I got a call from a man with a clear voice, sounding pretty formal, who told me I was about to get cut off from my broadband and phone by TalkTalk. Turned out it was just an automated message.
